Carolyn'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    6 lasagna noodles
    8 slices Mozzarella
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in a large skillet.
    Add tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and oregano.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add lasagna noodles to boiling salted water and cook for 20 minutes.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
