Light Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Fleischmann's reduced calorie margarine (in the tub)
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain nonfat or low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. honey
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    425\u00b0.
    Sift flour, baking powder and soda together
    in
    a large mixing bowl.
    Cut in the margarine until the
    texture is like coarse meal.
    Add the honey to the yogurt and
    add
    this
    mixture to the flour mixture, stirring with
    a fork
    until
    all ingredients are moistened.
    Turn the dough
    onto a floured surface and knead 10 times.
    Roll out to 3/4-inch thickness
    and
    cut
    with
    a
    2-inch biscuit cutter. Place
    on
    an ungreased
    baking sheet and bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes. Yields 18 biscuits.
