Marinated Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any vegetable, cut into finger food chunks *
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    *Cucumbers, zucchini, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, green onions, carrots, green pepper, red pepper or sliced water chestnuts (no radishes) may be used.
