Creole Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean beef
1 clove garlic
1 small green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small cabbage
1 large onion
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut beef (round steak or cubed steak) into thin strips. Stir-fry 10 minutes in oil. Add onion, garlic, tomato, green pepper and spices.
Add cabbage, cut in wedges.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with baked potatoes.
