Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. carrots (sliced, cooked till just barely tender-I used small baby carrots)
    1 med. onion (sliced into rings-purple onion is pretty)
    1 bell pepper (chopped) yellow or red would work also
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and bring to hard boil then pour over carrots, onions and bell pepper.
