Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli or fresh
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1 c. water chestnuts
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, finely crumbled
Preparation
    Cook broccoli by directions on package until tender; drain. Mix with soup, eggs, mayonnaise, onions and water chestnuts.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour in 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish and cover with cheese and butter.
    Sprinkle herb stuffing mix on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
