Angel Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Combine eggs, buttermilk and oil and add to dry ingredients, stirring until batter is smooth.
    Spoon the batter into a buttered iron skillet or iron corn stick pan (1/2 full).
    Cook at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
