Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. ground pork
    5 Tbsp. sage
    4 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with your hands so all seasoning is mixed evenly through the meat.
    Make into patties and freeze on cookie sheet until firm.
    Wrap individually or with waxed paper between patties.
    Keep frozen until ready to use.
