Shrimp De Jonghe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, melted
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of cayenne
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. raw, cleaned, deveined shrimp
    2/3 c. cooking sherry or dry white wine
Preparation
    To melted butter add next 5 ingredients.
    Mix.
    Add bread crumbs; mix.
    Place shrimp in greased baking dish.
    Spoon mixture of bread crumbs over shrimp.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
