Weight Watchers Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can evaporated skim milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. Worcestershire sauce
    sage and garlic to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients into a loaf.
    Put a hole in center. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
