Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1/2 green bell pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can chili (no beans)
    1 to 1 1/2 jars taco or picante sauce
    Black olives, sliced drained
    Mushrooms, sliced, drained
    1/4 can mild green chilies, chopped
Preparation
    Brown first three ingredients together and drain off fat. Add Velveeta to beef mixture and stir until cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients and keep hot in crockpot.
