Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 packet yeast
1 1/3 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. oil
2 1/3 c. flour
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast and warm water until dough is elastic.
Add oil.
Mix flour until dough is stiff.
Rise until double, 1 to 2 hours.
