Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    20 oz. frozen or fresh chopped broccoli
    2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 cream of chicken and 1 cream of celery
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 potatoes, cubed
Preparation
    Cook water, potatoes, onion, bouillon and broccoli for 20 to 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
    Add cans of soup and cheese.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Serve.
    Freezes well.
