Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn tortillas, softened
    1 fryer, cooked and boned (save stock)
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Mix chicken, onion, cheese, garlic salt, chili powder and tomatoes. Soften tortillas in boiling chicken stock. Line tortillas in baking dish. Add chicken mixture. Pour contents of 2 cans of soup over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
