Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. nutmeats
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Stir in zucchini, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Stir other ingredients into separate bowl, then add to zucchini mixture.
    Blend well.
    Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
