Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. almond slices
2 c. coarsely shredded Napa cabbage
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed (do not use flavor packets)
1-2 grilled chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Preparation

Combine vinegar, sugar and soy sauce in a small microwave cup. Heat 30 seconds, stir; heat another 20 seconds, stir repeating process until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool; when cool, add olive oil.
