Arkansas Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. whipping cream
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    2 1/2 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine sugar, salt and flour; mix well. Then add cream, vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter, eggs and rice.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
