Lunch In Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 slices bacon, diced
    1 c. frozen Southern hash brown potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 eggs
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dill
Preparation
    In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Put on paper towels to drain.
    Pour off all but 3 tablespoons of drippings.
    Add potatoes and onions.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes brown, about 5 minutes.
    Beat eggs with water, salt and dill.
    Stir in bacon.
    Pour over potato mixture in skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are cooked, but still moist.
    Makes 6 servings.
