High Fiber Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. unbleached white flour
    1 c. bran cereal
    1/2 c. unprocessed bran
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. orange peel
    2 c. grated carrots or zucchini
    1 c. raisins, currants or dried pappay chips
    2 Tbsp. apple butter
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
