Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts (I use 6 to 8 boneless, skinless)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    2 stalks celery, cut up
    1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
    1 can low-fat cream chicken soup
    1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
    2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Cook chicken with onion, celery and carrot in water until done.
    Mix soups, broth and mushrooms together.
    Add 1/2 of this to stuffing mix.
    Put in baking dish; lay chicken on top and pour remaining soup mixture on top.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
