Yeast Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. yeast
2 c. very warm water
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. water
2 c. wheat flour
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. powdered milk
1 c. dry potato flakes
2 c. white flour
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Combine; stir or mix until smooth.
Work in 2 cups flour. Knead until smooth (as a baby's bottom).
Let rise 1 hour, until doubled in size.
Punch down.
Shape into whatever.
Let rise 30 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Three loaves, 30 minutes.
Cinnamon rolls, 12 to 15 minutes.
Orange Danish, 12 to 15 minutes.
Dinner Roll, 12 minutes (use soup can to cut).
Hamburger Bun, 15 minutes (use vegetable can to cut).
Oversized Bun 15 to 17 minutes (use large tuna can to cut).
