Preston'S Cream Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    small piece of cheesecloth
    Port wine
    crackers
Preparation
    In
    a
    shallow
    dish, place cream cheese and cover with the cheesecloth.
    Make
    a
    tight fit.
    Pour the wine over the cream cheese,
    leaving
    a
    small
    amount on the bottom of the dish.
    Let chill
    several days until the wine penetrates some of the cheese. Remove cloth and serve with crackers.
