Lettuce With Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 strips bacon
    5 c. torn salad greens
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground mustard
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
    Remove the bacon and crumble.
    Set aside.
    Drain, reserving 1/4 cup drippings.
    In a large bowl, combine greens, eggs, onion and bacon.
    Add remaining ingredients to drippings and bring to a boil. Drizzle over the salad and toss to coat greens. Serve immediately.
