Andrew'S Carrot Cake And Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn oil
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
20 oz. canned crushed pineapple
3 c. chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp. vanilla or maple

Preparation

Mix oil, eggs and sugar.
Set aside.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Set aside.
Mix carrots, pineapple, walnuts and flavoring.
Mix all ingredients.
Grease and flour pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
