Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
2 (10 oz.) Pictsweet strawberries, defrosted and drained
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
3 tsp. red food coloring
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; make a well in center and add eggs and oil, stirring only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in berries, pecans and food coloring.
Spoon batter into two lightly greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
Let stand overnight before slicing.
