Fish 'N Chips(For 6 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fish fillets
1/4 c. milk
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Dip fish in milk.
Then roll fish in a mixture of potato chips, cheese and thyme.
Place fish in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with any extra crumbs.
Drizzle margarine over top.
Bake in hot oven, 450\u00b0 to 500\u00b0, for 12 to 15 minutes.
