Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    6 large onions, sliced
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    4 c. hot water
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add onion rings and cook until soft and golden brown.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
    Add to onions.
    Cook over moderate flame 10 minutes.
    Pour into bowls and sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese over each.
    Serves 4 at 115 calories per bowl.
