Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Melt margarine in heavy saucepan; blend in flour.
    Stir in milk slowly and cook, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened.
    Add seasonings and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
    Add macaroni; mix well and transfer to a serving dish.
