Chili Cheesy Rice Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can nacho cheese soup
    2 (15 oz.) cans chili with beans
    1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
    1/4 c. green onion (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl stir together rice and soup.
    Transfer rice mix to greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Press rice evenly over bottom and up sides to form \"pie crust\".
    Pour chili into rice crust.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until very hot.
    Remove from oven; let sit 5 minutes before cutting.
    Top with sour cream and onion, if desired.
