Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, stiffly beaten
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecan meats, broken
Preparation
    Into the stiffly beaten egg whites, fold sugar, vanilla and pecans until all are moist.
    Drop small spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0, then turn off the oven and cook 12 to 15 minutes.
    (Be sure that the sugar is well moistened.)
