Watergate Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 can crushed pineapple or tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
1 or 2 drops green food coloring
1 large pkg. Cool Whip
1 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, halved
Preparation

Combine pudding, pineapple juice, Cool Whip, and cream cheese; mix very well.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
