Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. finely chopped cabbage
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) jar dill relish
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix everything together, except mayonnaise, place in colander and allow to drain well (over 1/2 hour).
    Measure, then combine cabbage mixture with equal amount of mayonnaise to make 4 cups.
