Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick butter
    little water
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 8 1/2 x 14-inch baking dish.
    Stir in flour; add sour cream.
    Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt, salt and pepper and place, skin side up in baking dish with other ingredients.
    Pour sherry over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Add water to avoid dryness.
