Ware Neck Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    8 medium potatoes, cubed
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    25 medium clams, shucked and chopped fine (use clam juice with water)
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    6 slices bacon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except bacon into large cooking pot and bring to boil.
    Microwave bacon about 6 to 7 minutes.
    Pour drippings and bacon into pot.
    Simmer until potatoes are done.
