Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs (unbeaten)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. each: salt, nutmeg and cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine sugars, pumpkin, oil and eggs.
Beat until well blended.
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and spices.
Add to sugar mixture and mix well.
Stir in raisins, nuts and water. Spoon into well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes or until well done when tested.
Take out of pan and place on cooling rack so as to cool thoroughly.
