Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 can broccoli-cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 medium sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer sliced potatoes and onion. Salt and pepper each layer. Dot each layer with butter or margarine. Cover with broccoli-cheese soup and 1/2 cup milk.
    Bake casserole for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 4.
