Chicken Zucchini Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
    all-purpose flour
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar Italian-style marinara sauce
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    3/4 lb. zucchini, sliced (about 2 cups)
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    hot cooked spaghetti or other pasta
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
    Coat chicken pieces with flour.
    Dip into egg. Then coat both sides with crumb and cheese mixture.
    Heat oil in 10-inch skillet with cover. Add chicken.
    Brown on both sides over medium heat.
