Potato-Ham Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 medium chopped onion
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked ham
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup (undiluted), butter, sour cream, chopped onion and Cheddar cheese.
Add the cooked ham and bag of frozen hash brown potatoes.
Mix all together and spread in pan.
Bake approximately 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Serve with green salad and hard rolls.
Yields 6 to 7 large portions.
