Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sifted 10x sugar
1 Tbsp. mashed potatoes
peanut butter

Preparation

Mix the sugar and potatoes to form a paste; roll it out and spread with peanut butter.
Roll up like jelly roll and slice in 1/2-inch pieces.
