Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 12 medium cucumbers
1 pt. half and half
1 medium carton sour cream
1/8 to 1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Peel and slice cucumbers into dish.
Salt each layer.
Place in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
Take out and pour off juice. Squeeze by hand remaining juice from cucumbers.
Place squeezed and drained cucumbers in serving bowl.
Add sour cream and stir. Add half and half and stir.
Add vinegar to taste.
Let set 30 minutes to thicken.
Top with paprika and serve.
