Mueller'S Classic Lasagne No. 138 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. salad or olive oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
9 wide noodles
Preparation

In large pan, lightly brown beef and onion in oil.
Add tomatoes (put through blender), paste, water, parsley, salt, sugar, garlic powder, pepper and oregano.
Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Cook lasagne noodles as directed on box; drain.
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, spread 1 cup sauce.
Alternate layers of lasagne, sauce, Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
