Carrot Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. finely chopped walnuts
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Set aside.
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs in mixing bowl.
    Beat with electric mixer.
    Add dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Stir in carrots and walnuts.
    Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
