Beef And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. stewing beef, cut in pieces
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients with the stewing beef and shake in a bag.
Then brown meat on all sides.
Add 2 cups of water, cook slow for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
