Frozen Fruit Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    2 qt. water
    3 large cans lemonade
    1 large can orange juice
    1 large can pineapple juice
    bananas (approximately 6)
    strawberries (approximately 1 qt.)
    pineapple (approximately 2 cans)
Preparation
    Boil and cool the sugar and water mixture. Add the lemonade, orange juice and pineapple juice.
    (If using frozen juice, add water to its mixture.)
    Add crushed bananas, strawberries and pineapple.
    Stir and freeze in grip-lock Baggies. Serve in punch bowl.
    Pour 7-Up or ginger ale over frozen punch and chop to make slushy.
    Add other bags of frozen punch as needed.
