Chicken Perliou - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fryer, cut up
    1 mild Jamestown sausage (bulk)
    2 c. rice (uncooked)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken in pot of water until done.
    Brown sausage in pan.
    Debone chicken.
    Place 2 cups rice in big pot; add 4 cups chicken broth from pot that chicken was boiled in.
    Add chicken, sausage, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil, then cut down on low and let rice cook until done.
