Holiday Cranberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. ground cranberries
1/2 c. walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. mace
Preparation

Blend cake mix, cream cheese and milk; beat 2 minutes.
Add eggs; beat 2 minutes.
Combine cranberries, walnuts, sugar and mace.
Fold into cake batter.
Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and dust with confectioners sugar.
