Sweet Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 cup onion
    4 green peppers
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut steak into 2 in. squares. Cut onion into bite size pieces. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into 1 in. squares. Pour cooking oil into a large frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add steak and cook on both sides until well done. Add remaining ingredients. Turn up the heat slightly and cook for 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
