Oyster Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. soft bread cubes
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 pt. oysters, drained
2 beaten eggs
salt and pepper
1 c. milk (for moist or omit milk for dry)
Preparation

Remove black portion of oyster and discard.
Mix all ingredients together and stuff bird.
Roast bird as usual.
