Easy Cheesy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage or ground beef
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (32 oz.) jar (3 1/2 c.) spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. extra wide lasagna noodles
    1 lb. (2 c.) Ricotta or creamy-style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    3 c. (12 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown Italian sausage (or ground beef), onions and garlic.
    Drain.
    Return meat mixture to pan and stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
    In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of sauce mixture, half the uncooked noodles, half the combined Ricotta or cottage cheese and parsley and 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce mixture.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1 hour, uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
