Pork Chops And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 thick pork chops
Preparation
    Place sauerkraut in casserole.
    Season pork chops.
    Place chops over kraut.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes longer or until pork chops are brown.
